Quality of Life for the individual should be thought of as a many featured strand trajectory along a time lifeline, the quality integral of which is to be maximized. We have almost no demographic epidemiological records from which the track records with respect to life quality for a population of individuals can be built to form a data base in which we can locate success and failure trajectory patterns to match an individual's origins and past life to detect and propose success options and caveats, especially against non-obvious failure paths.
