The purpose of this presentation is to outline the goals, the major features and strategies for systems reengineering of our national health care delivery system in order systematically and semi-algorithmically to co-optimize its yield in maintaining and, indeed, “enhancing” individually and societally perceived “Quality of Life”
This program must include minimally:
1. Defining and building an ideologically appropriate technical measure of Quality of Life of the individual, the family (or now the affinity group) and for the community.
2. Providing a design on which a new kind of individualized data base of lifelong epidemiological features of life quality can be built.
3. Discovering and investigating the hierarchical structure of consciously and non-consciously perceived life quality and means for its measurement and therapeutic reprogramming.
4. Developing a neologistic “figure of thought” terminology in which to discuss and analyze these problems.
5. Seeking strategies to popularize these new beneficial results, especially those involving patient participation and smart dedicated computer home “aides”.
6. Utilizing this project as a showplace for the new emerging Biomimetic Science and Technology.
7. Demonstrating that there are theoretical and technical means for rapid advance by principles of “Invention and Innovation to order”.
