


1. Homeostatic thinking involves “regulating” “Set Points”, independent best values to be sought for each parametric variable - temperature, heart rate, blood count, height, weight, blood pressure, etc.
It is implicitly assumed that these features are essentially independent and can be independently corrected.
2. Homeodynamic thinking assumes mutually interdependent “servo moving target” optimal status to be treated by “partial derivative” methods only under carefully restricted conditions. Vectorial directional derivatives have a place.
3. Multi-strand life line trajectory thinking extends homeodynamic thinking to include multivariate template forward projection from past history and epidemiological correlates.
